Every order is carefully checked and packed by hand before it leaves us.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from Brisbane, Australia.
Please allow:
- 2–3 business days for order processing
- Additional time for delivery depending on your location
During collection launches, promotional periods and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience whilst we carefully prepare your order.
Worldwide Shipping
ORA proudly ships worldwide.
Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email so you can follow your ORA parcel every step of the way.
Returns + Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things aren't quite right.
If you need a different size, we are happy to offer exchanges on unworn leotards with tags attached, subject to stock availability. Exchange requests must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
For hygiene reasons, leotards must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free from marks, deodorant, perfume or pet hair
- Returned with original tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping
For approved exchanges or returns:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
- We recommend using a tracked postage service, as ORA cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Please contact us before sending any items back, as we are unable to process returns or exchanges that have not been approved first.
Faulty Items
Sometimes things don't go to plan. If you believe your item is faulty, we'll absolutely make it right.
Please email us at hello@weareora.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your name and order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the fault
Once reviewed, we'll arrange a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.
Sale + Sample Items
All sale, clearance and sample items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
Sizing
We recommend checking our size guide carefully before placing your order.
